You need to set the Windows 2000 client to do a 'Local Echo'.
Follow these steps:
- Connect to Avatar
- Hold Down the
CTRLkey then tap the]key. - This should place you into command mode.
- Then type
'set LOCAL_ECHO': - After that, type:
'display'. You should see'LOCAL_ECHO on'shown. - Finally, Press '
Enter' or 'Return' twice. This should return you back to the terminal screen. - Type 'Guest' or your user ID and log in!
